⏸️03.10 – Temporarily is not possible to send food items, quickly perishabel and FDA-regulared products to the USA.
From 3rd of October and until futher notice UPS pauses temporarily shipment of quickly perishable food items and cosmetics to the USA. Since the introduction of new tariff rules on 29th of August, the number of shipments requiring import controls have sharply increased which resulted in longer customs clearance times. In order to guarantee service swiftness and avoid damage of perishable goods, UPS has decided to pause transportation of these good the the USA. UPS is working on finding the soluiton, to resume this service shortly.

⏸️02.10 – Temporarily paused “Money back guarantee” for the shipments going to the USA

This measure has been implemented due to increased volumes of shipments that require import clearance, and in order to guarantee the best quality of service.
